What Is the Difference Between Arteries and Veins?
Ligerature is basically by pass. If you can by pass a piece of the artery, it'll tell you where blood is moving. Arteries are what carries from the heart to your a periphery, to your muscles and your organs. And then veins are what carry you from your organs back to the heart.
