How to Balance Food and Cravings

The difference between even the most beautiful, perfect peach and a candy bar in a young adult's mind is a different experience than what we do as adults. When those really strong cravings come on, I would say not only you having a craving, but how hungry are you? If it's not true hunger, if we ate an hour ago and we had a sufficient amount of food, is there a 10 minute activity we can go do together to distract and see where that craving is?
