The Tom Woods Show
00:00
The Economy Widens Into a Tough Context
If sumption spending is not constricted, then the lower order stages of production do not contract. And so consequently, the economy is inadvertently arranged in an un anable configuration. The public does not want this ratio of higher order to lower order production. So now the different stages are fighting with each other over these resources. Bail outs obstruct this process by preventing the re application of capital into the hands of firms that genuinely cater to consumer demand.
