Figma's New Developer Mode

Figma has added enough metadata in the design to where you can effectively code generate it and do it right. But I'm pretty sure that the older like kits or whatever, because they don't have that metadata in them, they're not going to work. Do we have any other tips for people? Like in terms of just design workflows, anything we've been a part of in our careers that we think have worked really well, or vice versa. Things that have been nightmares, any tips for developers out there.
