Pat Lynchoni: To be a great leader, you have to be slightly unreasonable. You can't be completely reasonable because you have to get people to do things that they might not want to do or think is possible. And so anyone that's truly a leader is going to have to be unreasonable often. That's easy to say, but it's hard to do.
