The Importance of Strength Training
JIT is a six week cycle. Some other training programs will do like 12 weeks. We've broken it up into six weeks so that you can have two cycles. But here's the thing. If you are doing JIT too and weight lifting, that's a heavy composite to put together. You're not just lifting. Strength but also body weight strength. Body weight. It's very gymnastic. Very capable, highly capable individuals. Our bell is live. I respect them all. Unless you're deadlift. There's no point. If you cannot deadlift, there's no point to live.
