Running on All Kinds of Surfaces?

i definitely think that there's a lot of value in varying the surface that you're running on for a lot of different reasons. If you're doing all your runs, including your recovery runs and workouts, on concrete, that, to me, is just a huge risk. i'm very aware that they are all on my left side, and i am working on them. Aai feel like i struggle with some of the normal in balances. I'd have to think about this for a little bit. It seems like my balances tend to be one sided. Am, ah, no, you bet i do. You bet you i do. There it is.
