Dewey's Great Feminist Icon Moment

Dewey founds the American library journal around the same time which he edits and his ideas through this journal kind of sweep through the field. In 1883, he gets a job at Columbia University and he moves his family to New York so he could found the Columbia School of Library Economy. Now this was probably Dewey's great feminist icon moment because he encourages women to apply to Columbia to become librarians even though women are banned from attending the school. He literally is Gen Z but he's going to get canceled. I don't know what happened.
