Earl Washington - The Man Who Killed Rebecca Williams

A man named earle washington was arrested in nearby ffaker county. Police claimed he had confessed to a total of five different crimes, including the murder of rebecca and williams. Questioning revealed that washington did not know the race of his victim or the address of the apartment where she was killed. Washington also claimed that miss williams had been short, when in fact, she was five eight.
