The Importance of Having a Single View of Health
SK: Human-centered design is eating the world. And I completely agree. If you think about open banking, a lot of things we talk about at GSK is around the notion of open health and how, why would you not have several data streams? The point on that is, in financial services, if somebody doesn't get help, then their financial wellbeing can be really dramatically infected. You know, actually, this was health care fitting into my life in the way that I could consume it, literally sat at my desk having a conversation with a GP.
