I think she will take a look at what the polls tell her about the ability to win either a Democratic primary or the general election in Arizona and make ultimately make a decision based on whether there's any chance of winning. I think it is difficult for her to do both of those things. The Republican base has become increasingly populist over time. It seems unlikely to me that these Republicans, they're not really incentivized to make a deal with Democrats.
