Investing in the Market With Additional Funds Each Month

Nathan asks questions about paying down a mortgage versus investing in the market with additional funds each month. He would like to get an investment property and use future property equity to fund his share portfolio. Nathan: Should we say 7.5% after tax? Maybe 7.5%. I imagine in the years time, 5% mortgage rates probably likely. And at that point, 5% for the mortgage and7.5% on shares, much closer potential differential than we've had in a very long time.
