Investing in the Market With Additional Funds Each Month
Nathan asks questions about paying down a mortgage versus investing in the market with additional funds each month. He would like to get an investment property and use future property equity to fund his share portfolio. Nathan: Should we say 7.5% after tax? Maybe 7.5%.
