In the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, we have a co-conspirator. In some ways, it makes sense if the government believes in good faith that more than one person committed a crime,. However, the disparity between Mr. Trump and Mr. Nada is significant. One was the former president. One was a relatively low-level aide.
