The Importance of Communication in a Helicopter Unit

I try to impress upon that other tech, how we work, why that's important. And in helicopter unit, unfortunately, there's not a lot of communication because it's just like, okay, this is how we are working. This is how it should be set up and see later. They're often on another part of the world. But sometimes they're not farther from us that we can talk. It's very important that they understand how you guys like to work. I would want them to have the same experience that they would with me.
