i was looking for a couple of things, like, one, an a little bit of money great. But was also looking for a good soft landing. I think that was like importance, at least get some notch on my belt. In our situation, basically, it was an earn out kind of component, for sure. We got comped on basically, like revenue targets if we accomplished them. And that was cool, really exciting at the time as well,. Just to got to that rup of starting something, selling it.
