In Chinese it was called dakkho. What these were were CDs that in the United States were no longer marketable, they didn't sell. We take all of these CDs and ship them to China as raw material to melt down and recycle. They would purposely mutilate the CD like this to cut a hole in it like with a buzz saw so that it could not be sold retail. Otherwise, so it's mutilated that nobody's going to buy it.
