In cognitive therapy, it seems like a lot of what we're doing is. not so much about change your thoughts but let's change the way that you relate to them,. the value that you give them and the significance that you place on them. In act, it's kind of like you can just recognize the story. You don't have to even rewrite it. And again, I think some of these like more traditional CBT approaches can be helpful if they work for people great.
