Venture Catastrophists - What Are They Doing?

There are now two tiers of banking being formed. One in one if the depositors had not been bailed out that that march towards two tiers would be a stampede. We have created a two tier banking system. It's going to happen more slowly now, but it's definitely going to happen. There were people behind the scenes who are venture capitalists who see that we play a larger role in society. And then there's another group of people that I call venture catastrophists. The temptation to catastrophize is huge. They go on Twitter and say, this is your exact quotes. You should be terrified. All caps. Chaos will ensue all caps. That does not help.
