How to Trade Commodities in a Cycle

For me the cycle is very very specific most of the time if we're looking at something like bonds. The beginning of the cycle being stocks and then the next part of the cycle was commodities Which is how the long cycle usually works. So basically you can kind of start at the big macro angle figuring out where I'm at in the cycle And what the Fed is doing are rates low or rates high You know even in 2020 when they cut rates to zero anybody had to understand that Commodities and prices were going to take off at some point Timing that is where your technicals come in.
