"I personally have a problem with the wording that comes from the ADA about preferred accommodation versus reasonable accommodation," he said. "What is reasonable for the employer, sorry, is generally not reasonable for the disabled individual." He says it's amazing how difficult it can be for autistic and many others with disabilities to maneuver in what's supposed to be preferred versus reasonable.
