Is There a Difference in Complexity?

We were trying to avoid jargon and explain things in simple terms. There is a lot of jargon constraints and affordances that go on behind it with preconceived notions. I have tried to simplify out as much jargon as possible. But because of the complexity o the explanation, you'd need to have an under anding or previous experience with systems theory to be able to unerstand the paper. So i've simplified it using constraints led approach to coaching. Only i i try and do what i express in the vidios and the video that i'm doing with this under this life, an understanding one.
