There are more companies going to be impacted by this legislation. How might that inchange the way you invest? Good question. Again, i do not think directly, that will change the wayow we invest but it makes the investment universe may be larger or more diverse. More diverse company investment infor universes and probably more companies or raiders of investors. Is your investmentstracity? Basically more in terms of engagement with accompany or divestment. Much more on engagement. We have what they call an engagement at divestment. So really it's all about trying to engage for change.

Regulation is transforming the world of environmental, social and governance investing, and in many areas, Europe has been leading the charge on new rules and standards. In June 2022, the European Parliament and the Council of the EU reached a provisional agreement on new sustainability reporting rules for companies, known as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, or CSRD.
