packwork models te the code base as this directed graft. It holds on to a list of all the constants that are referred to within a package. Every constant classer modul, is declared public or private in the language of packwork. So every time there's a reference from one constant classor modul to a, you know, that exists in another package, packwork will determine if this reference is what is referred to as a dependency violation or privacy violation.
