How to Prepare for Major News Announcements
When there's something that the market is not fundamentally priced for or the news comes out the other way, they're significant positioning in the market. That's why we first and foremost keep up with the news, but also prepare so religiously for it. How we prepare for a central bank? It's very simple. Every month we're obviously looking at what the market's expectations is of central banks. And one importantly, we're always just assessing how the market is responding to these little bits of stimulus. We respond because we have already prepared by reading the newspapers every morning.
