There is a point at which some large well capitalized groups with a long time horizon will come in and find value in these assets. I personally think that a lot of groups are going to give the keys back to the lenders. They see the writing on the wall, they're not going to incur those fees and legal costs of fighting with the servicers. And eventually, you know, rents will come to a point where it makes sense for users to come in and they'll be able to kind of ride that cycle. But it's going to be a rough five plus years, I think. So shift a little bit to medical office because that's kind of another subset of this space that
