How to Set Gold Goals That Are Relevant to Your Situation
If you feel as though you are someone that is not good at drinking water, then you're not going to start drinking eight glasses of water a day. Instead, if you can set a specific goal that is measurable and vant to who you are, maybe i'm going to drink two glasses of water to day. I love it. It's like putting behaviors in place for who you already are, instead of trying to force yourself to be something else.
