I would also show him this is something that game historian Kate Willard dug up a long time ago now which was a copy of Popeye magazine. Donkey Kong was also originally supposed to be a a Popeye game so sorry from around the time that Donkey Kong was coming out that had someone on the front dressed exactly like Mario and it's just really blew overalls red.
