I'm super interested in the, you know, like the carnivore diet. People swear by it. They feel so good. But also I do wonder a lot about the long term ramifications of that. Is everyone just dying early because of some cancer? What are your thoughts on that? Yes. Protein can actually help people curb their cravings. If you were to come to me and say, Oh my gosh, I have these sugar cravings. What do I do about it? The food hack for that is to eat tons of protein. And when I do eat protein because it's such a concentrated substance, I'll generally go with the higher quality fish or the higher quality steak
