The History of Computers in World War II
The dominant form of computation in World War II was non-digital electronic computer type methods. In those days, the computers were mostly women, and that actually continued when the first programmers were originally programming electronic computers. It's always confusing because I grew up in England, whether the dates of World War II in 1939 to 1945 in the US are obviously different.
