The Problem With Confirmation

There's a very easy trap that everybody falls into of confirming a thing versus trying to find out if you are wrong about the thing. You occasionally get smoking guns that you feel pretty confident about, though. But it's these kind of rabbit holes of trying to chase down information. And they do reveal something about how all knowledge is not exactly knowledge, but It's a tower of probabilities.
