The Effect of Disrespect on the Workplace

We don't have a quote unquote quality individuals or as many quality individuals as we would like in the trades. The demand is outwearing the supply, and I see that affecting the costs of the things that we need. A lot of people who just, they're not good at traditional education. That doesn't mean they're not smart. We all know this. Those of you who are listening to this, you probably know somebody in your life who is brilliant in terms of what they're able to apply,. but they just don't work in the traditional educational paradigm.
