Ada is a digital fur company. For us, our north star is that any one's geography cannot confer anyone a career advantage at ata. We provide very clear guide lines around when synchronous communication or synchrenous work actually make sense. syncronous work defaults to being virtual. And the guide line is to participate in a meeting, and virtual meeting to make a decision. Wi should only meet up in real time if we actuall have something to decide. Now, we also regularly meet up in person, but we are very intentional about the cadence at which that happens and how we make use of our experience.
