If you're working out three hours per day, that adds 30 grams of protein on top of whatever you thought your need was. We know that aerobic exercise burns about 10 grams of protein per hour. So the more active we are, theoretically, you still focus on the 100 per day or 120 per day but you'd be less maniacal about it if you're quite active. It's not about how many barbells you lift. It's about stretch. And so bringing you back to M-tour, which we've talked about numerous times, but let's spend a moment there. They're very different cases.
