Is There a Timeframe for Taking Down Negative Reviews?

I don't think this was a very well thought out guideline, and maybe it could be better design. I really don't know if government intervention was necessarily at this stage. Because I don't think e-commerce still forms a lot of retail sales in India. And that's because you got the fundamentals buying online is well informed about how to navigate this space.
