The Meaning of Frequency

Alca Sinha's testimony was not her own words. She played a voicemail message that had been left by her, I think, either his greeting or she played his voicemail greeting. But what's interesting is that Victor does not reproduce his words nor does she use Alca's own words really directly. Instead, she talks about kind of the sounds and the frequency of the sounds in this poem.
