How to Pitch an Airbnb Idea to Investors
The extreme Airbnb idea helped when you were looking for investors. It does make it more fun for them to show their friends that they own part of a Star Wars house. Orlando just helps us take it to the holy level. But we do other Airbnb's that are not super themed out. They're still high quality. Like we have beach houses that are under construction and destined and those we flip, renovate into nice quality top-of-market homes.
