I think most people would want the common stock if they were going to do this, right? The common stock's a lot bigger. And then I assume that other people know a lot more about commercial real estate stuff than I do. It's not a deal breaker because you could be in a stock where their emotions get the better of them and you can still be in something. But it's a risk here. What tends to happen in most markets like this is that prices don't move fast enough.
