The Importance of Food Stamps in the United States
As of 2022, 20% of children in the United States were in households that received food stamps. As of February 2023, 42.5 million people in the U.S. received food stamps through the SNAP program. The Democrats and Republicans have agreed to make it more difficult for people in the country to get food while they're increasing the military budget to wage war. It's all of the big weapons corporations in Washington and around the DMV area,. They're private corporations that pocket these billions of dollars in fat government contracts.
