The Russian Federation Is Involved in This Involuntary Action
11 of the camps are located over 500 miles from Ukraine's border, including two camps in Siberia and one in Russia's far east. Parents allege that there are specific elements of the consent they gave that were then violated by camp organizers. The report identifies maybe a dozen federal, regional and local figures who are said to have been directly implicated in this operation. At least 12 of these individuals are not yet on international sanction lists at the time of the report. So I mean a heart wrenching report and I would recommend that listeners read it because we'll be talking about for a very long time indeed.
