For me one of the things has been like so i moved to the u.s when i was six didn't speak English and i think it's hard to remember everything that happened because i was so young but not speaking the language not having any friends feeling like you don't fit in impacted me more than i expected today if that makes sense. So some of those pieces around do i really want school try to be super successful trying to um work really hard is a big part of my life right now for sure. I still meditate 20 minutes in the morning nice love that and pretty religiously yeah i'll take for me another episode next week on "This Is Life with Kelly Wallace"
