A lot of the longevity secrets are related to people not dying of heart disease. So many people today fear, well from a dietary standpoint, still dietary cholesterol and saturated fat. Why is that? And have we been misled? I think if we come back to the cholesterol hypothesis first and everything else, we can understand why this has been at best flawed thinking and at worst actually harmful.
