The Importance of Parenting
A lot of these guys it's not their first time being a dirt bag. They also have been they have had their experiences that train them to behave in a certain way. The single biggest thing they need to be taught is no matter how much you love the job, law enforcement will never love you back. And one of the difficulties that we've encountered or I never trained because I have a hot temper and I didn't want to get somebody fired for not doing the smart thing.
