There is no connection that i have seen. I do think the more information will come out about the person's motivations, it seems like maybe it was just a kind of a cry for help kind of situation. You can see photographs of a black muck coming out of bathtub faucets. There was another public safety alert that warned people not to shower with their mouths open and watching footes.
