What Are Levels and Quests?
Once you define your epic mission, your Northstar, what you're working towards, you're going to want to map out levels and quests. Take this example here for World of Warcraft. Each level usually has a certain number of quests so that you can advance forward. But there's also this concept in games of side quests. Side quests are different from main quests. They're not necessary. And basically they're created as a way for you to further explore the game.
