i was asked to sit on the board of a non profet organization locally here in my community. I had some personal reasons for getting on the board, but soon after i got on the board,. i realized the commitment was far too great for me to be able to stick with it a long term. It stressed me out. And i actually looked kind of bad because i didn't stick it out. So i want you to take your schedule again and just say no to one thing this week. Now, if you're in arto penor with ad h d, maybe it's saying no to a particular job that maybe isn't a good fit.
