The Importance of Understanding the Context of the User
It's messaging and how the system communicates to the person, understanding the context that they're in. And what is the information that you can see, right? Yes. And what can other people see, which is really a tough thing with permissions. So like what is my context? But what is somebody else's context coming into this and how can I have to communicate that to the user? If there's messaging that may not be there, where can I go to find it? Right? Is there anything at the top of my head if I click on this menu where I'm like, oh, okay, this makes total sense?"
