How to Scale Your Business to Maintain a High Growth Rate
The operating model of the business as you scale when you get to 10s of millions revenue, you need to have a very robust annual planning cycle. We started next year's planning cycle in May of the preceding year. When you're at scale that planning cycle is going to move further and further back into the year when we were a public company. This particular example is just getting at the meta point that you can no longer when you're scaling 10 to 100 be looking at what's going to happen for our business in weeks or months or quarters it really has to be a multi year view out in the future.
