The Germans Aren't Attacking That, Can't They?

This is a painting by my good friend keith burns, but it's very avocative of the kind of sort of situation. The smoke, the may hem, an ofvicy, a little bit higher in the sky than depicted in the film dunkirk. And this is a situation on on monday the 20 eighth. And you can see, can't you, that it's closing in. There's first army here, gone, you know, that's surrounded. Now, out out of the picture, and you can see the british kind of pulling in here. It's not until later that night that they kind of start pulling out.
