Sometimes you might get the same song stuck in your head for a few minutes, even hours. And there's also some theories around the idea of ear worms potentially playing a role in mood regulation in our everyday lives. Some people are more likely to get earworms if you have certain personality traits, like your hire in openness to experience or you are a more musically engaged person.
