How to Avoid Mascara Smudging

If you have a big night out and you don't want smudging, you might want to set your eyes. Sometimes I use the like a translucent powder and I'll just kind of dust it over like oily areas. And sometimes under my eyes, we're going to use concealer because I have really dark under eye areas. But that could also help prevent mascara smudging. Yeah, she's not saying you need a complete mascara overhaul if you're not into waterproof or tubing.
